1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Shelter Services With Care Services, I.E. Providing Temporary 24-Hour Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People With Care Services, Along With Food And Providing The Necessary Social Conditions For Homeless Men Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Disability, Require Partial Care And Assistance In Meeting The Necessary Needs Of Life, But Do Not Require Services To The Extent Provided By A 24-Hour Care Unit, A Care And Treatment Facility Or An Institution Nursing And Care, Strengthening Social Activity, And, If Possible, Ending Homelessness And Gaining Independence In Life. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Average Number Of Homeless People Will Be Approximately 9 People Per Month, Who Will Stay In The Shelter On Average 365 Days A Year. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Actual Number Of People And Days Staying In The Shelter.
