The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Restaurant Services In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 On Days From Monday To Saturday, Excluding Public Holidays, Consisting In Preparing And Serving 7,200 Single-Dish Meals With The Possibility Of Consumption In The Premises Designated By The Contractor In The Jarosław Municipality. Persons To Whom The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Jarosław Grants This Form Of Assistance By Administrative Decision, As Part Of The Multi-Annual Government Program Meal At School And At Home For 2024-2028 Financed From The State Budget. If, Due To The State Of Epidemic, Epidemic Threat Or Emergency, It Is Not Possible To Consume Meals In The Premises Designated By The Contractor, The Contractor Will Serve Takeaway Meals.
