Tenders Are Invited For Retrofitting The Civil Protection And Civil Defense System With Rescue And Logistics Equipment In Wieliczka County

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Water Rescue Equipment - Whaly 380 Flat-Bottomed Rescue Boat With Accessories, An Engine Up To 30 Hp And A Trailer, Intended To Increase The Level Of Safety Of The Inhabitants Of Wieliczka County, Described In Detail In Opz - Annex No. 5 To Swz.2. The Cost Of Delivery, Including Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (I.E.: Wieliczka, Ul. Powstania Styczniowego 6), Is Covered By The Contractor On Its Own. 3. The Contractor Will Deliver And Hand Over To The Employee Collecting The Order On The Part Of The Ordering Party The Item Covered By The Order In The Original Packaging Along With The Documents Indicated In Section 4. 4. The Products Subject To The Order Must Be: A) Brand New; B) Free From Physical And Legal Defects; C) Delivered In Original Packaging Manufacturers Factory Facilities; D) Provided With A Set Of Standard User Documentation In Paper Or Electronic Form, If Applicable; E) Compliant With Relevant Standards And Other Formal Requirements5. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever In The Swz And Its Annexes The Subject Of The Contract Is Described1) With An Indication Of Trademarks, Proper Names, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. This Means That It Is Allowed To Offer Products That Are No Worse Than Those Described, I.E. Meeting Technical, Functional And Quality Requirements At Least As Indicated In The Documentation Of This Procedure, 2) By Referring To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, It Is Assumed That Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 6. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers.7. The Ordering Party Informs That By The Term: Equivalent Product Offered He Understands That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Quality, Operational And Technical Requirements Equivalent To The Parameters Indicated By The Ordering Party. This Means That An Equivalent Product Must Meet The Minimum Parameters In Relation To The Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. All Costs And Activities Related To Confirming That The Equivalent Offer Meets Quality Parameters Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.8. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Device/Goods He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, In Particular By Presenting Full Information About The Product Proving That The Product Is Not Inferior In Terms Of Each Parameter Required By The Ordering Party. 9.
