1. The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Specialized Care Services At Home For People With Mental Disorders Who Are Beneficiaries Of Mops In Kwidzyn. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided At The Place Of Residence Of People With Mental Disorders Supported By Mops In Kwidzyn, Hereinafter Referred To As Recipients.4. The Estimated Monthly Average Number Of Beneficiaries Will Be Approximately 30 People. 5. The Annual Estimated Number Of Hours Will Be A Minimum Of 3,800.6. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom Suo Will Be Provided And The Actual Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Per Month Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Require Assistance In The Form Of Suo (The Number Of People And Hours May Decrease Or Increase). 8.
