1. The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Specialized Care Services At Home For People With Mental Disorders Who Are Beneficiaries Of Mops In Kwidzyn. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided At The Place Of Residence Of People With Mental Disorders Supported By Mops In Kwidzyn, Hereinafter Referred To As Recipients.4. The Estimated Monthly Average Number Of Beneficiaries Will Be Approximately 30 People. 5. The Annual Estimated Number Of Hours Will Be A Minimum Of 3,800.6.
