Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader, The Minimum Parameters Of Which Are Specified In Annex No. 1A To This Specification. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Deficiencies And Defects In The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Price Offered By The Contractor Includes Delivery And Training Of Designated Employees On The Date And Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (Mstów Commune).6. The Offered Equipment Should Be Equipped With Signaling And Lighting Devices Enabling Movement On Public Roads And Complying With Legal Regulations.7. On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Wheeled Excavator, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Following Documents: Warranty Card, Operating Instructions For The Vehicle And Accessories In Polish And A Spare Parts Catalog.8. The Ordering Party Informs That The Presented Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party.9. For The Specified Device, The Given Parameters Are Minimum Values, Equipment With Parameters Better Or Higher Than Those Specified Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Device Should Meet All Regulations Regarding The Right To Be Approved For Use In Poland And Have Appropriate Documents Proving Compliance With All Necessary Standards And Guidelines That The Above-Mentioned Equipment Should Meet Before It Is Approved For Use.10. Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates A Trademark (Brand), Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz.11. If Labels Or Certificates Are Required In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Given Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party And Certificates Issued By Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies.12. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Require Taking Into Account Accessibility For Disabled People, And No Regulations Are Introduced In The Scope Of Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Act Pzp.13.
