The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Successive Deliveries Of Vegetables And Fruit To The Social Welfare Home In Zawiercie In The First Quarter Of 2026. The Order Is Divided Into 3 Parts: Part 1 - Potatoes. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Potatoes. The Quantity Of Goods Specified In Annex No. 3A To The Swz (I.E. The Assortment And Price Form For Part 1) Is The Estimated Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase During The Entire Duration Of The Contract. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (For All Parts): 1) Deliveries Will Be Made To The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Social Welfare Home In Zawiercie) Successively, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Including Unloading, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines; 2) The Quantities Of Individual Goods Given In The Assortment And Price Forms Are Expected Quantities, Adopted In Order To Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Individual Goods Depending On Current Needs While Maintaining Unit Prices And The Amount Of The Contract, As Well As The Right To Limit The Order By A Maximum Of 30% Of Its Scope, Without The Need To Change The Contract;3) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Products Of High Quality And Freshness, Appropriate Quantitative Weight In Accordance With The Order, Appropriate Unit Weight (One Piece) In Accordance With The Order;4) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively (In Tranches), On Average 5 Times A Week, Based On The Ordering Partys Orders Forwarded To The Contractor, 5) Transport: A) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Products By A Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Food, B) At Each Written Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Enable The Inspection Of The Means Of Transport And Containers For Transporting Goods In Terms Of Their Cleanliness; C) At Each Written Request, Within The Deadline Specified By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Present (If Applicable): - Decision Of The State District Inspector Sanitary Certificate For A Means Of Transport That Allows The Transport Of Fruit And Vegetables, - A Current Medical Certificate From An Examination For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes Of The Person Delivering The Goods, D) The Contractor Undertakes To Secure The Goods During Transport (Using Packaging, Containers Adapted To Transport A Given Product) In Order To Ensure The Proper Quality And Quantity Of The Delivered Articles;
