Minimum Parameters/Requirements Of The Ordering Party: Flood-Proof Sleeves For Filling With Water, Length: Min. 10M To Max. 15M, Working Diameter: Min. 40 Cm, Waterproof Material, High Resistance To Tears And Mechanical Damage, Sleeve Equipped With Min. 1 Filling/Draining Valve With A Tip Corresponding To The Fittings Of W-52 Pressed Fire Hoses (Fi52), A Valve Enabling Venting, Design Enabling The Sleeve To Be Unfolded Even On Uneven Terrain And Ensuring Stability After Unfolding, 24-Month Warranty, Delivery In The City Of Zawiercie At The Contractors Expense And Risk (Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Before Planned Delivery).4. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Unencumbered With Rights Of Third Parties. 5. The Order Is Covered By A Subsidy From The Silesian Voivode To Finance The Local Government Units Own Tasks In The Field Of Population Protection And Civil Defense Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025–2026.6. Where The Swz, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Other Ordering Documents, Indicates A Trademark (Brand), Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Range Of Products Offered By Him Meets All The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
