Service Support Includes Dlp Software Installed By The Ordering Party And Utility Software Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Entire System.4. The Technical Support Service Involves Covering The Gtb Dlp Software Owned By The Ordering Party With The Manufacturers Support For A Period Equal To The Service Support Period. During The Manufacturers Support Period, Access To All The Latest Software Versions, Including New Major Versions, Is Required.
