The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Czerniejewo Municipality And Its Organizational Units For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Order - Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz:1) The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From February 1, 2026 To January 31, 2028 Is 2,791,760.00 Kwh. For The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order In The Above-Mentioned Period Consists Of: Gas Sales Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee.2) The Estimated Value Of The Order In The Period From February 1, 2026 To January 31, 2028 Is Pln 950,309.21. The Costs Incurred During The Entire Period Of Using The Subject Of The Order Do Not Include Possible Fees For Exceeding The Contracted Capacity, Fees For The Ordering Partys Failure To Comply With The Restrictions Introduced By The Distribution System Operator, And Other Additional Fees Set Out In The Distribution System Operator Tariff, Distribution Network Operation And Operation Manual, Which Is Applicable To Both Contractors And Ordering Parties (Sellers And Consumers), On The Terms Resulting From The System Operators Tariff.
