Providing Services Of Providing An Autopsy Room For Performing Autopsies And Examining Corpses On Behalf Of The District Prosecutors Office In Piotrków Trybunalski And District Prosecutors Offices Of The Piotrków Trybunalski District. In The Scope Of Providing An Autopsy Room For Performing Autopsies, The Contractor: A) Undertakes To Provide An Autopsy Room For Performing Forensic Medical Autopsies Or Examining Corpses, Including Providing Water And Electricity; B) Undertakes To Provide A Technician Necessary To Assist In The Performed By The Appointed Person. An Expert Doctor To Perform An Autopsy Or Examine A Corpse And Will Provide And Make Available The Necessary Materials, Devices, Tools, Appropriate And Specialized Equipment, Disinfectants, Etc.; Note: If It Is Impossible To Provide A Technician Necessary To Assist In Performing An Autopsy Or Examining A Corpse, The Contractor Calculates The Price Of Providing The Autopsy Room Without The Help Of A Technician In The Offer Form. C) Agrees That The Date Of Performing An Autopsy Or Examining A Corpse Will Be Agreed Each Time With The Ordering Party. The Basis For Preparing The Body And Assisting With The Autopsy Will Be An Appropriate Order Issued By The Prosecutor Or Assessor Conducting The Case In A Given Prosecutors Office Unit. An Autopsy Or Examination Of A Corpse Will Be Performed By An Expert Physician On The Basis Of The Issued Decision And Within The Time Limit Set By The Prosecutor Or Assessor Handling The Case. Autopsies And Inspections Can Take Place 24 Hours A Day And Every Day Of The Week.
