A Contractor Who Refers To An Equivalent Solution Described By The Ordering Party In The Tender Documentation Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Submits A List Of Equivalent Solutions With A Description Or Standards Along With The Offer. If The Contractor Does Not Submit A Declaration On The Use Of Equivalent Products In The Offer (By Submitting A List Of Equivalent Products And Confirming Evidence), It Is Understood That The Products Proposed In The Tender Documentation Were Included In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months. The Length Of The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. The Ordering Party Specifies It For A Period Ranging From 24 Months (Minimum Deadline) To 60 Months (Maximum Deadline).
