The Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Ongoing Maintenance Of Cleanliness In Green Areas, Sidewalks, Internal Roads Of Access Roads And Parking Lots, 2) Emptying Municipal Waste Bins And Maintaining Cleanliness Around The Bin Every Day Until 900, 3) Maintaining Municipal Baskets In An Appropriate Sanitary Condition And Painting Them By May 31 Of Each Year, 4) Caring For The Existing Tree Stand, I.E. Carrying Out Care Work In The Tree Crowns (In Accordance With The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection - Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 55), Watering Plantings As Needed, Eliminating Regrowth Stumps,5) Reporting Trees Posing A Safety Hazard To People And Property As Well As Those That Are Completely Dead To The Ordering Party,6) Removal Of Trees And Shrubs As Well As Scrap And Fallen Trees, Including Milling Of Stumps (After Receiving A Permitting Decision, If Necessary), 7) Consulting The Works With The Energy Company If Required, 8) Caring For Existing Shrubs, 9) Caring For Existing Lawns Consisting Of: Raking And Feeding, Mowing Lawns Including Raking And Removal Of The Resulting Biomass (In April-August Mowing At Least Once A Week According To The Schedule, In Other Months Once Every Two Weeks), Weeding, Reseeding Grass, Replenishing Soil Losses And Raking Leaves Along With Their Removal And Management Of The Resulting Biomass.
