The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Including The Preparation And Delivery Of 24-Hour Meals To Residents Of The Childrens Social Welfare Home In Świebodzice At Ul. Mickiewicza 8:1. The Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Good Culinary Practices And Haccp, As Well As The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended).2. As Part Of The Provision Of Services, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Attached Menu - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Will Meet The Weight Conditions Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. When Preparing Meals, The Contractor Must Adapt The Menu For Dietary Groups - Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. The Contractor Delivers The Ordered Meals Every Day At The Following Times: • Breakfast - From 6:55 A.M. To 7:10• Lunch – From 1:00 P.M. To 13:30• Dinner – From 17:00 To 17:304. Nominal Planned Number Of Daily Meals For 60 People.5. The Actual Daily Quantity Of Meals Delivered, Taking Into Account The Number Of Dietary Meals, Will Result From The Demand Sheet - Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Prepared By The Ordering Party.6. Meals Must Be Delivered By Means Of Transport That Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, In Containers Approved For Contact With Food And With Properties That Allow Maintaining The Temperature (75°C) Of Hot Meals. All Packaging And Vessels Should Have All Required Certificates, Positive Opinions, Etc.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Store Food Samples In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Mass Catering Establishments (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 80, Item 545).8.
