The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of A Reserve Of Rescuer Equipment, Special Uniforms And Personal Equipment, 18 Sets, For The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Nisko As Part Of The Project: Strengthening The Potential Of Entities Within The Framework Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Of Niżański County. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Strengthening The Potential Of Entities Within Civil Protection And Civil Defense Of Niżański County. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Article 310 Of The Public Procurement Act If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded To It. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E.: District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Nisko, Ul. Nowa 42, 37-400 Nisko.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Fully Functional, Compliant Or Equivalent In Terms Of Quality (Or Better), Aesthetics, Functionality And Safety, Unused, Free From Any Legal Defects, Including Any Third Party Rights And Other Encumbrances And Security Measures, Meeting The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Meeting The Technical And Quantitative Requirements Described In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Without Defects, As Well As Without Traces Of Use And Mechanical Damage. The Item Of Delivery Must Be Delivered Complete, Ready To Work In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Without Any Additional Purchases. By Submitting An Offer In This Procedure, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Minimum 12-Month Warranty Period And A 12-Month Warranty Period For The Completed Item Of The Order From The Date Of Receipt By The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, Extension Of The Above-Mentioned Periods Is Possible.
