The Scope Of Services Provided, Which Are The Subject Of The Order, Includes: 1) Catching Stray Animals (Dogs And Cats) And Ensuring Their Transport In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Use Of Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Life, Health Or Cause Suffering Of The Caught Animals. After Being Caught, Homeless Animals Should Be Immediately Transported To A Shelter Or A Place Where Caught Animals Are Kept Before Being Transported To The Shelter Referred To In § 5 Section 2 Point 4 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration On The Principles And Conditions For Catching Stray Animals In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of August 26, 1998 On The Principles And Conditions For Catching Stray Animals (Journal Of Laws No. 116, Item 753).2) Providing A Place In A Shelter For Homeless Animals In Appropriate Conditions,3) Maintaining And Feeding Homeless Animals Consisting In Providing Them With A Daily Portion Of Drinking Water And Food Intended For Animals, Which Will Correspond To The Nutritional Needs Of A Given Animal In Accordance With The Applicable Rules In This Regard.4) Providing Services In The Field Of Adoption Of Homeless Animals And Promoting Animal Care5) Concluding In Writing On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Under Pain Of Invalidity, Civil Law Contracts On The Basis Of Which The Persons Specified In The Preceding Point Will Assume The Obligation To Take Care Of Homeless Animals, Storing And Keeping Records Of Contracts And Presenting Them At Every Request Of The Ordering Party And Persons Authorized By The Ordering Party During The Term Of This Contract. After The End Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Indicated Documentation. 6) Immediately Informing The Person Authorized By The Ordering Party About The Adoption Of The Animal, Indicating The Data Of The Adopting Person And The New Place Of Stay Of The Animal. 7) Keeping Records Of Homeless Animals In A Manner That Involves Describing A Given Animal (Breed, Sex, Color, Size And Chip Number), The Date Of Its Admission, The History Of Its Stay, Including Data On Vaccinations And Veterinary Treatments, The Date Of Leaving The Shelter With The Reason For Leaving The Shelter, And In The Event Of The Animals Death - An Indication Of The Cause Of Death. 8) Marking The Animals Staying In The Animal Shelter With An Identification Number By Immediately Microchipping Each Animal And Entering It Into The Safe Database Animal. If It Is Found That The Caught Animal Has A Chip Number, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Carry Out Proceedings Aimed At Finding The Owner Of The Dog And Handing It Over To The Owner. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Photocopy Of The Files Of The Proceedings And The Owners Details. 9) Keeping Photographic Documentation Of Caught Homeless Animals (Especially On Digital Data Carriers); 10)
