Tenders Are Invited For Providing Meals To Community Center Participants.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals In The Form Of A One-Course Dinner With A Drink Such As Compote Or Juice For A Maximum Of 25 Participants Of A Community Center Located In 32-040 Ochojno, Ul. Jagiellońska 11, In The Period From January 2, 2026. Until December 31, 2026 The Delivery Will Take Place Directly To The Place Where The Project Participants Stay, I.E. To The Community Center Located In 32-040 Ochojno, Ul. Jagiellońska 11. The Service Will Be Provided 5 Days A Week, I.E. From Monday To Friday (Provided That The Days Of The Week On Which The Service Will Be Provided Are Business Days), Except For Periods When Participants Will Be On Planned Trips - Several-Day Trips And Leisure Stays During The Holidays, In A Number Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party For A Maximum Of 25 People. The Meal Will Be Delivered To The Community Center From 2:00 P.M. To 3:00 P.M. Each Time, No Later Than 3 P.M., I.E. When Meals Are Served On Site In The Common Room, The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Number Of Meals That Will Be Delivered To The Premises On The Next Day. This Information Will Also Include The Number Of Meals For People With Special Dietary Requirements (If The Participants Are People With Special Dietary Needs, E.G. Lactose Intolerance). The Contractor Will Take This Information Into Account And Provide An Appropriate Number Of Meals Tailored To The Needs Of These People. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Meals In The Form Of A One-Course Dinner To The Community Center Located In 32-040 Ochojno, Ul. Jagiellońska 11 In Appropriate Reusable Collective Containers (Lunch And Drink), Serve Lunch To Participants And Take Away Any Leftovers After Consumption. The Ordering Party Will Always Provide Tableware And Cutlery. The Ordering Party Stipulates That In The Event Of The Introduction Of Legal Regulations Related To A Pandemic Situation (E.G. Covid-19) Or Another Situation Requiring Special Hygiene Measures, Obliging Entities Running A Community Center To Use Only Disposable Tableware, The Ordering Party Will Require The Contractor To Deliver Meals To The Community Center In Disposable Packaging And Disposable Cutlery For Each Meal Served. Meals Delivered To The Community Center In The Form Of A One-Course Dinner Should Be In Appropriate, Thermally Insulated Disposable Containers, Protected Against Spilling Or Cooling, Enabling Easy Portioning And Distribution On Site. Maximum Estimated Number Of Meals: 6,000 Pieces (20 Days X 12 Months X Maximum 25 People)
