Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of Buildings And Municipal Facilities Owned By The Ordering Party, Described In Detail In The List Of Electricity Consumption Points (Hereinafter Referred To As Epp), Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027. 2. Forecasted Total Electricity Consumption During The Term Of The Contract: 1,443,000 Kwh, Divided Into Individual Tariff Groups: C11 - 228,000 Kwhc12a - 1,206,000 Kwhg11 - 9,000 Kwhthe Forecasted Consumption Is An Estimated Value, And The Settlement Will Be Based On The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumed In Individual Ppes, Based On The Unit Prices Indicated In The Contractors Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Amount Of Electricity, But Not Less Than 1,082,250 Kwh. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Option Right To Increase The Volume Of Electricity By No More Than 15%. Regardless Of The Amount Of Actual Electricity Consumption By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged In Each Case To Apply The Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer, Subject To The Conditions For Changing The Contract Provided For In Point. 7 Important Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Ppe During The Term Of The Contract. Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of Ppes Will Not Result In A Reduction Or Increase In The Volume Of Ordered Electricity Beyond The Scope Described In Point 2. 4. The Contractor Will Additionally Be Obliged To Repurchase Any Surplus Electricity Generated In Existing Or Planned Micro-Installations (Photovoltaic Installations). Data Related To The Above-Mentioned Micro-Installations Are Included In Annex 4 To Swz.5. The Supply Will Be Made Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator Indicated In Point 8 (Hereinafter Referred To As Dso), In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law Act), Implementing Acts To The Above-Mentioned The Act, The Principles Specified In The Relevant Licenses And The Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Ensure Service Quality Standards Contained In Particular In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 919).6. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Electricity Distribution Services. The Osd For All Ppe Is Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. Based In Kraków. Agreements For The Provision Of Distribution Services Are Concluded For An Indefinite Period. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A General Distribution Agreement With The Dso To Whose Network The Ordering Party Is Connected
