Part 1 Of The Order - Providing Shelter For Homeless Men. The Subject Of The Order Is: Providing Shelter Services With Meals And Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions For An Estimated 11 Homeless Men In A Difficult Family And Financial Situation That Requires The Use Of Shelter, Referred By The Social Welfare Center In Pszczyna. Moreover, As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Developing Or Strengthening The Activity And Independence Of Homeless People. The Standard Of Basic Services Provided In A Shelter For Homeless People, Qualifications Of People Providing Services There And The Standard Of The Facility In Which The Shelter For Homeless People Is Located Must Be In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Facilities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2018) Item 896, As Amended) And The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 1214, As Amended). The Contractor Applying For The Execution Of The Order Is Obliged To Meet The Basic Standards Of The Facility Where Shelter Services Are To Be Provided, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Qualifications Of Persons Providing Services In A Shelter For Homeless People Must Be In Accordance With Art. 48A Section 2G Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended). The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Projected Average Number Of Men Referred During The Year Will Be: 11. The Number Of Homeless Men Given By The Ordering Party Is The Number Expected Over The Entire Duration Of This Order. Homeless People Will Be Sent To The Shelter On Different Dates And For Different Periods Of Time. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Number Of Actual Needs In This Regard. The Minimum Order Quantity Is 2,190 Days (Person-Days) Of Stay, And The Maximum Order Quantity Is 4,015 Days (Person-Days).
