Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 23 December 2025 up to 15.00 hrs at latest. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 23 December 2025 at 15.46 hours till Friday 26 December 2025 at 10.00 hrs at latest. 5.
