When Establishing This Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Wishes To Be Able To Acquire Subject-Specific Project Specialists For The Entire Ordering Party Organization, But In Particular For Energinet Eltransmission A/S. There Is An Ongoing Need To Include Consulting Services For The Solution Of Various Tasks, Both Of A Shorter And Longer-Term Nature, Within The Clients Construction And Operating Projects For The Danish Gas, Oil And, In Particular, The Electricity Grid. The Type Of Consultant Required For This Framework Agreement Varies From Time To Time And Depends On The Specific Task. For Further Details Regarding The Tasks In The Individual Roles, Please Refer To Annex 2: Performance Description And Annex 2B: Role Descriptions Belonging To The Tender Documents. The Tasks Are Organized From Time To Time Depending On The Nature Of The Task, Scope, Time, Prioritization, Resource Requirements, Etc. And Requested Based On Appendix 1D: Order Of Consultant. The Tendered Framework Agreement Has A Term Of 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended For 2X24 Months. The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Amount To 68 Consultants Annually. However, A Maximum Of 130 Consultants Per Year. Consumption Is Calculated Per Resource. The Quantity Can Only Be Regarded As An Estimate, And As A Result Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party. In This Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Commits To Min. To Hire Consultants For 16,000 Hours Annually. The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide Consultants Corresponding To A Minimum Of 32,000 Hours Annually. The 32,000 Hours Are An Obligation According To The Ordering Partys Forecast, Cf. The Terms Of The Framework Agreement.
