The Work Includes The Care And Maintenance Of Felt And Hard Hanging Baskets And Planters, Which Requires Consistent Watering, Weeding, And Fertilizing To Ensure Hanging Baskets And Planters Remain Alive And Beautiful Throughout The Growing Season.It Is The Proponents Responsibility To Examine The Work Sites Before Submitting Their Proposal, Either Personally Or Through A Representative, And Satisfy Themselves As To The Nature And Location Of The Work.The Proponent Is Fully Responsible For Obtaining All Information Required, To Determine The Existing Conditions, Critical Dimensions And Limitations For The Preparation Of The Proposal.
