The Main Purpose Of This Tender Is To Enter Into A Partnership With A Reliable Partner Who Will Provide The Contracting Authority With A New Ict Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Virtualization And Backup Storage) Including Services, With Which We As A Municipality Can Continue To Guarantee Our Services To Our Citizens And Our Employees In The Coming Years. This Is A Critical Solution For The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of This Purchasing Process Concerns The Replacement Of The Storage, San And Server Infrastructure And The Service And Maintenance Thereof. The Contractor Offers A Solution That Uses Both Of Our Data Centers (Referred To As A And B In The Price Sheet) And The Network Equipment Present There. In Addition To Supplying The Hardware, The Contractor Will Also Configure The Environment, Migrate From Current Virtual Machines To New Hardware. During The Term, The Contractor Will Monitor And Maintain The Hardware. The Following Components Are Within The Scope: - Delivery And Implementation Of Server, Storage, Virtualization And Backup Storage; - Software, Licenses And Interconnects Directly Related To The Hardware; - Associated Services (Including Training); - Management And Monitoring Of The Backup Solution. It Must Be Connected To The Existing Network Infrastructure And Equipment, I.E. The Backbone And Access Switches. The Initial Order Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement Includes The Delivery And Implementation Of The Hardware As Well As The Associated Services As Described Above In This Paragraph And Also In The Price Sheet Under A And B. By Signing The Framework Agreement, The Initial Order Is Also Issued. Any Extensions Or Additions Are Part Of The Scope Of This Framework Agreement. The Client Is Entitled To Grant Assignments For An Extension Or Addition, But Is Not Obliged To Do So. Additions Can Consist Of Delivery Of Products Or Directly Related Hardware, Additional Services, Additional Consultancy Services. For A Technical Description Of The Current Situation, See Appendix K.
