The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of A Digital Mobile Phone Connection According To Gsm/Umts/Lte And/Or 5G Standards Or Equivalent With National Coverage And In Accordance With The Technological Capabilities Of The Networks. The Order Includes The Provision Of All Related Telecommunications Services (Telephone Calls, Sms And Mms Messages, Data Transmission, Mobile Internet Access, Etc.), As Well As A Certain Package Of Additional Voice And Non-Voice Services. In Addition, The Contractor Should Provide Temporary Provision Of Equipment Allowing The Realization Of Connections In A Corporate Group Via Its Mobile Network, As Well As Connections To Other Mobile And Fixed Networks On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Abroad (Public Telephone Networks). The Services Must Be Provided Through A Public Telecommunications Cellular Network Of A Licensed Operator For The Needs Of The Operational Activity Of The Contracting Authority, Which Has Divisions And Offices Throughout The Country.
