The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Activity I. Activity Iii. Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Within The Scope According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. In Fulfillment Of The Assignment With This Public Procurement, The Designated Contractor Should Carry Out Activities For The Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase, The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, As Well As The Implementation Of Authors Supervision During Construction, Following The Requirements Of The Employer, Listed In The Technical Specification (Design Assignment) And The Relevant Legal Acts.
