The Completed Boms Must Be In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Bills Of Quantities. The Planned Construction And Repair Activities Do Not Constitute Construction Within The Meaning Of § 5, Item 38 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). A Building Permit Has Not Been Issued For The Site And One Will Not Be Required, As It Is Planned To Carry Out Current Repair Works, According To Art. 151, Para. 1 Of The Zut, In Connection With Dr §5, Item 43 Of The Zut. The Contracting Authority Provides An Advance Payment In The Amount Of 30% Of The Value Of The Concluded Contract Including Vat.
