The Subject Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Article 166, Paragraph 1 Of The Zut During The Execution Of Construction Works On The Object/Construction, In Accordance With The Investment Project Prepared And Approved For It, The Specifications And The Other Requirements According To The Contract For The Execution Of The Order And Putting The Object/Construction Into Operation Through Qualified Specialists Designated For Supervision Of The Relevant Project Parts. In General, The Construction Implementation Activities Are Aimed At The Overall Reconstruction Of The Internal Water Supply Network Of The Village Of Kutela, Smolyan Municipality, Including Building Water Supply Diversions (Svo) To A Shaft Built On The Users Property In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 On The Terms And Conditions For Connecting Users And Using Water Supply Systems, As Well As All Plumbing Facilities Such As Manholes, Manholes, Manholes, Manholes With Pressure Regulators, Shut-Off Faucets And Fire Hydrants. The Total Length Of The Water Supply Network Planned For Rehabilitation Is 7946.55 M, Divided Into 27 Branches. The Water Pipes Are Planned To Be Filled With High Density Polyethylene Pipes Pehd Pe 100/Rc, Pn 10, Sdr17. 172 Units Are Being Rehabilitated. Building Water Diversions With Pipes Pe 100/Rc, Pn 10, Sdr17, Dn25. 23 Units Are Being Built. Air Shafts, 6 Pcs. Shaft Pressure Regulator, 1 Pc. Drain Shaft, 27 Pcs. Sc And 53 Pcs. Fire Hydrants. Due To Specific Terrain Features / Existing Steep Terrain Below And Above The Road / The Construction Of A Concrete Casing Of The Water Pipe In A Section Of 69 Meters Is Planned.​
