The Minimum Requirement When Submitting An Offer Is The Consideration Of A Duty Free Shop On The Listed Main Area No. 1 And A Catering Unit On The Main Area No. 2. The Concession Provider Expects Sensible, Target Group-Oriented Use For The Other Main Areas, Which Contributes To Increasing Sales. The Bidder Can Also Take The Optional Areas Into Account Individually Or In Total. The Number Of Rooms Considered By The Bidder Or The Size Of The Area Will Be Taken Into Account When Awarding Points. A High Rating And Points Are Awarded For The Greatest Possible Use Of The Available Space. It Would Be Desirable To Use All Available Areas; Based On The Concession Providers Previous Experience, Annual Revenue Of Around Eur 5 Million Can Be Expected. As A Sector Client, The Concession Provider Is Subject To Concession Award Law In Accordance With Section 100 Paragraph 1 No. 2 Gwb, But For Technical Reasons This Information Could Not Be Made When Classifying The Concession Provider. Once The Set “Deadline For Receipt Of Applications To Participate” Has Expired, The Bidder Must Submit An Indicative Offer, Not An Application To Participate. The Suitability Documents (Application Form With The Attachments Mentioned There) Must Be Submitted Together With The Offer. In The First Stage Of The Negotiation Process, Indicative Offers Must First Be Submitted. No Contract Can Be Awarded On The Indicative Offers. Only In The Second Stage Of The Negotiation Process Do The Bidders Have To Submit Binding Offers Following A Corresponding Request From The Concession Provider.
