The Ordering Party Requires Administrator Rights To Freely Manage These Resources And The Ability To Install Any Operating Systems, Applications And Services. 3. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order By Indicating The Trademarks Of The Jira Platform And The Confluence Platform, Because This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Different Way Using Sufficiently Precise Terms. 4.
