The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Construction Waste With Code 17 01 07 (Mixed Waste From Concrete, Brick Rubble, Waste Ceramic Materials And Equipment Elements Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 01 06) And Codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 80, 17 08 02, In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Amount Of Waste Intended For Collection And Management Under The Basic Order Is Up To 1,000 Mg And Applies Only To Waste With The Code 17 01 07. 3. Under This Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Exercise Of The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part, Once Or In Several Parts. An Option Is Envisaged To Increase The Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Processed By An Additional 1,000 Mg, Including: 950 Mg Of Waste With Code 17 01 07 And 50 Mg Of Waste With Codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 80, 17 08 02. 4. Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right If There Is A Need For Further Implementation Of The Above. Services. 5. Taking The Above Into Account, The Total Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Processed Is Up To 2,000 Mg, Including: 1,000 Mg Under The Basic Order (Concerning Code 17 01 07) And Up To 1,000 Mg Under The Option, Including: 950 Mg Of Waste With Code 17 01 07 And 50 Mg Of Waste With Code 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 80, 17 08 02. 6. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned. Waste From The Ordering Party From The Installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, Ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn. 7. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 10 Months From The Date Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Written Order To Start The Execution Of The Order (Agreement). 8. Until The Expiry Of The Contract Implementation Deadline, The Ordering Party May Submit A Declaration Of Its Extension, Which Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract And Does Not Require An Annex. The Declaration May Be Submitted Multiple Times And Indicate Different Extension Periods, Which In Total May Not Exceed An Additional 6 Months. 9. Taking Into Account The Provisions Specified In Section 2 Entitlement, The Maximum Order Completion Date May Be Up To 16 Months, Counting From The Date Indicated In The Written Order Issued By The Ordering Party To Commence The Implementation Of The Contract. 10. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. The Above Orders May Be Awarded: 1) Up To The Net Value Of Pln 526,000.00, Which Is Eur 113,432.96; 2) After Carrying Out The Procedure Provided For Single-Source Procurement, Whereby Placing The Order, I.E. Concluding The Contract, Will Be Preceded By An Appropriate Invitation To Negotiations And Negotiations; 3) Each Time The Negotiations Concern The Price Offered By The Contractor And The Terms Of Contract Execution In The Context Of The Adopted Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Future Public Procurement Contract; 4) The Contractor Will Have To Demonstrate Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Post
