Overhaul And Refurbishment Work – Technical-Economic Documentation Development Services At The Pt + Dde Stage, Technical Assistance From The Designer, Execution Of Works And Provision Of Equipment Within The Project Entitled Consolidation, Thermal Rehabilitation And Energy Efficiency Of The Ioan Soter Athletic Hall Building. The Loan Soter Athletics Hall Building, Part Of The Bucharest Swimming And Athletics Sports Base, Requires Structural Strengthening Works To Comply With The Seismic Safety Requirements Stipulated By The Technical Norms In Force. At This Time, The Building Presents A Low Level Of Energy Performance, Which Causes High Operating Costs And Comfort Conditions That Do Not Meet Current Standards. By Making This Investment, The Aim Is To Create Modern And Safe Conditions For The Training Of Performance Athletes, As Well As For The Running Of Sports Competitions At National And International Level. At The Same Time, The Thermal Rehabilitation And Energy Efficiency Works Will Contribute To The Reduction Of Operating Expenses And To Ensure A Sustainable Environment, In Accordance With National And European Policies Regarding Energy Efficiency. The Need For This Acquisition Also Derives From The Important Role Of The Loan Soter Hall In The Promotion Of Mass Sports And Performance Athletics, The Building Being One Of The Most Representative Sports Infrastructures In Romania.
