Software-Related Services – Maintenance Of Existing Software And Expansion Of Software Solutions For A Period Of Four (4) Years. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Maintenance Of Existing Software And The Expansion Of Software Solutions Used By The Department Of Finance And Accounting And The Department Of Organization And Human Resources For A Period Of Four (4) Years. The Subject Of The Public Contract In The Fixed Part Is The Maintenance Of The Grad Software For Working With The Sql Database: - Payroll For The Windows Environment - Vitez - Personnel Records For The Windows Environment - Oproda - Voluntary Additional Pension Insurance For The Windows Environment - Vizir - Calculation Of Work Contracts And Other Payments For The Windows Environment - Musketir - Sick Leaves And Applications For Salary Refunds For The Windows Environment - Sick Letters. Software Maintenance In The Fixed Part Must Include The Maintenance Of Vitez, Oproda, Vizir, Musketir, Sick List, I.E. Five Basic And Two Additional Licenses, In The Scope Of 50 Maintenance Hours Per Calendar Year For The Installation Of New Versions, For The Purpose Of Consulting And System Assistance, Preventive Maintenance, And User Training At The Request Of The Client. The Subject Of The Public Procurement In The Variable Part Must Enable The Purchase Of Up To Ten Additional Licenses And An Additional 200 Maintenance Hours After The Consumption Of All Maintenance Hours From The Fixed Part. In Addition To The Above, The Variable Part Must Also Include The Possibility Of Purchasing Additional Grad Modules Worth Up To Eur 15,000.00 Excluding Vat. System Assistance As Part Of Software Maintenance Must Include Activities That Enable The User To Use The Software More Optimally And Efficiently, Namely: - Periodic Written Information On The Status, Development And Possibilities Of Using The Software, - Telephone Assistance, - Assistance To The User During Preventive Maintenance, - Informing The User Of Changes And Innovations In The Field Of Software, - Replacement Of Older Versions With Newly Published Versions Of The Software That Are Subject To Maintenance, - Maintenance Via A Remote Connection. Preventive Maintenance, Which Is Carried Out Once A Year, Includes The Following Activities: - Inspection Of The Condition And Operability Of The Software, - Inspection And Verification Of Data Structures On The Disks, - Installation Of Free Corrections On The Software That Is The Subject Of This Contract, - Testing Of System Throughput And - Advice On The Suitability, Usability And Optimal Use Of The Inspected Hardware. At The Clients Request, The Contractor Must Also Carry Out: - Additional Training, - Other System Assistance And Advice To Users On More Optimal Use Of The Software, - Intervention Maintenance, Which Must Include The Elimination Of Malfunctions In The Operation Of The Software, Which The Contractor And The User Find To Be Deviations From The Descriptions Of Operation In The Program Documentation. When Purchasing Additional Licenses, The Contractor Must Also Provide The Client With Their Maintenance For The Installation Of New Versions, For The Purpose Of Consulting And System Assistance, Preventive Maintenance, And Training At The Request Of The Client, As Is The Case For Software From A Fixed Part. The Maintenance Of The Specified Additional Licenses Is Drawn From The Quota Of
