Construction Work – Hire Contract For A New Fire Station For Eidsvoll Municipality.. The Contracting Authority Hereby Invites Tenderers To A Negotiated Procedure For The Award Of A Rent Contract With Commitment To Development, Financing, Construction, As Well As Management, Operation And Maintenance Including Cleaning Of A New Fire Station (The Hire Object). The Minimum Hire Period Is 25 Years. The Contracting Authority Itself Does Not Have A Suitable Site. The Tenderer Shall Provide A Suitable Site Within The Defined Area (Cf. The Map Outline For Site Alternatives - Annex 2) At The Disposal Of The Project.
