The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity With Distribution Services For The Needs Of The Kostrzyn Commune And Its Organizational Units For A Period Of 12 Months To The Facilities Listed In Annex 4 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (List Of Electricity Consumption Points). 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Names And Locations Of Facilities, Forecast Demand For Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract, Types Of Tariffs, Contracted Capacity, Place Of Delivery And Necessary Data To Conclude The Contract). Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law, The Act Of December 8, 2017 On The Capacity Market And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To These Acts, In Particular The Customer Service Quality Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 29, 2022 On Detailed Rules For Shaping, Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Energy Trade Electricity And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 11, 2020 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System. The Above Provisions Concern The Method Of Calculation, Settlement And Quality Parameters Of The Supplied Electricity. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Contracts With The Distribution System Operator (Dso), I.E. Enea Operator Sp., Valid Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of This Order. Z O. O. Operating In The Ordering Partys Territory, Enabling The Conclusion Of Effective Contracts And Comprehensive Delivery And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services Via The Dsos Distribution Network To Electricity Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Attention! The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Above-Mentioned Contracts With The Dso Distribution System Operator Should Be In Force On The Date Of Submission Of Offers Or At The Latest On The Date Of Commencement Of The Comprehensive Supply And Provision Of Electricity Services.
