Prior Information Notice For Heating Plant Construction Work – Establishment Of A Heat Pump At The Hjørring Treatment Plant. Hjørring Varmeforsyning, Must Establish A New Heat Pump System At Hjørring Renseanlage, Which Utilizes The Heat From The Waste Water For District Heating Production. The Heat Pump System Must Be Sized For 7 Mw 0.2/+0.5. The Heat Pumps Must Be Able To Cool The Wastewater Down To 2°C And Be Controlled According To The Best Possible Cop. This Contract Also Covers The Construction Of A New Building In Which The Heat Pump System And Associated Components Are To Be Placed). The Tendered Work Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents. With Reference To Article 65 Of The Utilities Directive, It Can Be Stated That The Contract In This Tender Is Not Divided Into (Further) Sub-Contracts, As The Contracting Authority Has Assessed That, In View Of The Characteristics Of The Task, As Well As The Financial, Responsibility And Execution Conditions, It Is Most Appropriately Resolved In One Contract. No Remuneration Is Provided For Participation In This Tender. The Conclusion Of The Agreement Is Conditional On The Board Of Hjørring Varmeforsyning Approving The Project.
