General Procurement Notice for Training Program on Different Areas (FIDIC, MS Project, SCADA and Communications, 400 kV Simulator, AutoCAD, PLSCADD, etc.) - Multiple Shopping The Compact between the United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), and the Government of Nepal (the Government or GoN) signed on 14 September 2017 (the Compact) sets forth the general terms on which MCC will provide assistance of up to Five Hundred Fifty Million United States Dollars (US$ 500,000,000) (MCC Funding) to the Government for a program to reduce poverty through economic growth in Nepal (the Program).
