Request for proposals for Audit Firms to Provide External Audit Services. Camara requires the following services: 1. Yearly Financial audit, including: Statement of financial position Statement of activities (revenue, support, and expenses) and Changes in net assets. Statement of Cash Flows 2. Management letter and related reports as per the Authority for Civil Society Organizations 3. Written review of Camaras accounting system and financial procedures and evaluation of its internal control, with recommendations, if any. Duration of Engagement The appointment will follow the Authority for Civil Society Organizations audit requirement. Interested firms are required to submit the following: A Technical Proposal Company profile, including evidence of the firms qualifications to provide the above services Background and relevant experience in auditing, particularly with an international NGO The size and structure of the auditors firm Names and qualifications of the key staff members to be assigned for the audits Statement of the firms understanding of work to be performed, including tax and Non-audit services Audit methodology and detailed work plan, including timelines and tasks to be carried out by auditors and Camara staff B. Financial Proposal Detailed fee structure for these services, with projected cost for the audit covering the maximum fee to be charged. Billing terms and payment schedule C. Legal and administrative documents Proof of registration with Valid business license Declaration of Independence Fluency in English is required.
