The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City And Commune Of Wąchock, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), As Well As The Implementing Provisions Of This Act; 2) Verification Of The Correctness Of The Notices Sent Regarding The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan, And Preparing The Method Of Considering Applications And Comments Received During The Procedure;3) Developing Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 4) Participation In The Procedure For Preparing A General Plan, Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act, Including Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of This Act; 5) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing An Environmental Impact Forecast For The Draft General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended); 6) Preparing A Study Ecophysiographic For The Purposes Of Developing A General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 72 Section 5 Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended).
