Estimated Quantity: 1) Basic Order: A) Single-Row Car Plates: 10,000 Pieces, Including: B) Double-Row Car Plates: 250 Pieces, Including: C) Motorcycle Plates: 530 Pieces, Including: D) Moped Plates: 320 Pieces, Including: A Total Of 11,100 Pieces, And Collection Of Decommissioned License Plates For Their Disposal At The Contractors Expense. 2) Order Covered By The Option Right: A) Single-Row Car Plates: 2,000 Pieces, Including: B) Double-Row Car Plates: 50 Pieces, Including: C) Motorcycle Plates: 106 Pieces, Including: D) Moped Plates: 64 Pieces, Including: A Total Of 2,220 Pieces And Collection Of Decommissioned License Plates For Their Disposal At The Contractors Expense. The Number Of Ordered License Plates May Change Change Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. License Plates Must Be Made In Accordance With The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Delivery. In The Event Of Changes In Regulations During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Produce And Deliver License Plates Taking Into Account These Changes.2. Registration Plates Must Comply With The Model And Requirements Specified In The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Their Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office.3. Deliveries Will Be Made In Batches According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.4. The Plates Should Be Delivered In Durable Packaging Containing 100 Plates, Clearly Described And Specifying The Registration Number Range.5. The Warranty Period For The Delivered Plates Is To Be At Least 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Issue Of The License Plates To The Owner For The Purpose Of Marking The Vehicle.6. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Be Obliged To Collect Decommissioned License Plates Intended For Scrapping From The Ordering Partys Warehouse At Least Once A Month And Will Dispose Of Them On His Own And At His Own Expense.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest And Results From Its Current Needs (Increased Amount Of Waste Collected By Residents) - After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
