5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic For The District Labor Office In Chojnice Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended). The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Receipt, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Items (Letter Items, Postal Parcels, Return Of Zpo (Return Receipt) Acknowledged By The Addressee, As Well As The Return Of Undelivered Items After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivery Or Release To The Recipient. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Unregistered Letter Items In Domestic Traffic, Letter Items With Declared Value In Domestic Traffic, Registered Items In Domestic Traffic, Parcels Registered Letter Items With Acknowledgment Of Receipt In Domestic Traffic, Registered Letter Items With Acknowledgment Of Receipt With A Declared Value In Domestic Traffic, Postal Parcels With A Declared Value In Domestic Traffic, Postal Parcels With Acknowledgment Of Receipt With A Declared Value In Domestic Traffic, Postal Parcels In Domestic Traffic, And Zpo Priority Registered Items In Foreign Traffic, Zone A - Europe (Including Cyprus, All Of Russia And Israel) Up To 50 G, Registered Priority Zpo Items In Foreign Trade, Zone A - Europe (Including Cyprus, All Of Russia And Israel) Up To 50 To 100 G.5.2.
