Tenders Are Invited For Local Entrepreneurship Support System - Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Trzciel.

The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Trzciel On The Plot No. 154, Precinct I In Trzciel At Ul. Poznańska 22 As Part Of The Project: Local Entrepreneurship Support System. During Construction Works, The Building Will Be Decommissioned. Work Is Currently Underway On The Thermal Modernization Of The Municipal Office Building (Including: Insulating The Walls From The Inside And Insulating The Ceilings). The Contractor Selected In The Procedure Will Be Obliged To Coordinate The Works With The Contractor Of Thermal Modernization Works. It Is Assumed That It Will Not Be Possible To Fully Coordinate The Work Of Both Contractors On One Facility, Therefore The 270-Day Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes 90 Days For Possible Downtime (The Minimum Downtime Is One Day). The Reconstruction Of The Facility Will Consist In: • Demolition Of Part Of The Partition Walls On The 1St Floor Along With Dismantling The Doors, • Construction Of New Partition Walls With A Skeleton Structure, • Installation Of Internal Doors On The First Floor. 1St Floor, • Reconstruction Of Part Of The Sanitary And Hygiene Rooms, • Replacement Of Floor Coverings In The Part Covered By The Study, • Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation Of The Part Of The Building Covered By The Study, • Execution Of Accompanying Works, Finishing Works And Equipment Of The Conference Room. The Full And Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Subject Of The Order Has Been Indicated In Documents Such As: Technical Documentation - Detailed Design (Constituted As An Annex To The Specification), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Constituted As An Annex To The Specification) And Bill Of Quantities (Constituted As Annexes To The Specification), Based On Which The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed.
