1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Water Washing And Dry Cleaning Services Along With The Repair Of Items Of Uniform Supplies And Disinfection Of Footwear.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Water Washing With Finishing And Simultaneous Chemical-Thermal Disinfection, Which Includes: Starching, Ironing Or Ironing (Underwear And Clothing Requiring Ironing), Drying, Repair In The Amount Of Approximately 14,500 Kg; B) Chemical Cleaning With Simultaneous Chemical-Thermal Disinfection In The Amount Of Approximately 3,000 Kg; C) Disinfection Of Footwear In The Amount Of Approximately 1 200 Pairs; D) Making A Preliminary Selection Of Items After Washing For Items That Do Not Qualify For Further Use And Are Intended For Scrapping And Packaging Separately; E) Repairing Minor Damages (Sewing In Zippers, Sewing On Buttons, Drawstrings, Sewing Rips, Sewing Edges, Pulling On Elastic Bands, Etc.) Included In The Cost Of Washing (Dry Cleaning); F) After The Disinfection Process, The Shoes Will Be Marked With A Tag With The Inscription Disinfected Along With The Date Of Completion Of The Activity.G) Assembling And Packing Items After Washing And Dry Cleaning As An Assortment In The Manner Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Contract.3. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes Transport To And From The Ordering Partys Warehouses And Loading And Unloading Of Uniform Supplies Constituting The Subject Of The Order.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz.5. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires, When Executing The Order, The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Included In The So-Called Direct Costs Under An Employment Contract, Including (Unless They Will Be Performed By A Given Person As Part Of His/Her Business Activity): • Water Washing, Dry Cleaning Of Items Of Uniform Supplies, • Footwear Disinfection. This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Provision Of The Service, I.E. The So-Called Physical Workers (This Obligation Does Not Apply To Situations Where These Works Will Be Performed Independently And Personally By Natural Persons Running A Business In The Form Of The So-Called Self-Employment). The Ordering Party Anticipates The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right In The Form Of Increasing The Quantity Of The Basic Order To A Maximum Of 90%. The Maximum Order Quantities Under The Option Are Specified In The Total Order Quantity Section Of The Pricing Form. The Basic Quantity Section Contains The Quantities That The Ordering Party Will Definitely Produce. The Unit Prices Of Goods Delivered Under The Option Will Be The Same As The Prices For Delivery Under The Basic Order.
