1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Medical Support Service For The 35Th Military Economic Division And Military Units And Institutions That Are Economically Supplied To It. The Medical Support Service Will Include The Presence Of Qualified Medical Staff (Doctor/Paramedic) Along With Medical Transport. Medical Coverage Applies To Activities Within The City Of Krakow And Outside Its Administrative Area.2. The Order Includes: Securing Military Exercises, Military Training, Call-Ups To Service Within The Territorial Military Service (Tsw), Voluntary Basic Military Service (Dzsw) And Other Events Organized By Military Institutions, Such As Occasional Picnics And Fairs.  Doctors Participation In Qualifying Soldiers And Ron Employees For Preventive Vaccinations (Seasonal Vaccinations, Booster Vaccinations, Vaccinations Before Departures As Part Of Polish Military Contingents Or Military Task Forces)  Qualifications For Inductions Qualifications For Inductions/Vocations Are Carried Out By Conducting A Subjective And Objective Examination And Possible Analysis Of Medical Certificates Presented By Candidates Regarding Their Current Health Status, Based On Current Medical Knowledge And The Regulation Minister Of National Defense Of March 25, 2024 On The Determination Of Fitness For Military Service And The Procedure Of Military Medical Commissions Activities Consisting In Organizing A Mobile Medical Point, Providing Professional Medical Assistance And Possible Transport Of The Injured Person To The Nearest Emergency Department. Medical Support Service In Various Configurations, I.E. • Full Team: Sanitary Vehicle, 2X Paramedics • Full Team: Sanitary Vehicle, Paramedic, Doctor • Partial Team: Vehicle Sanitary Technician, 1X Paramedic• Doctor Without A Specialized Medical Vehicle To Secure Incarnations, Appointments, Vaccinationsone Member Of The Medical Team Must Be Authorized To Drive An Emergency Vehicle. In The Case Of Renting A Medical Team As A Partial Team, The Medical Staff Of The Military Unit/Institution For Which The Contractor Provides Medical Coverage Will Have The Opportunity To Supplement The Above. Team And Carry Out Medical Rescue Activities Using Rented Equipment And A Vehicle. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Medical Knowledge And Standards Of Conduct And On The Principles Resulting From: • The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services;• Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 4, 2019 On Guaranteed Benefits In The Field Of Emergency Medical Services;• Regulation Of The Minister Of National Defense Of February 12, 2010 On Conducting Physical Fitness Tests For Soldiers. Medical Support Will Be Provided By The Contractor At Hours Notified Each Time By The Ordering Party (Both During The Day And At Night) To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor.
