The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Deliver (Transport Or Cost Included In The Offer Price) The Subject Of The Order - After Agreeing The Delivery Date With An Authorized Person On Behalf Of The Ordering Party - At 8.00 A.M. - 3.00 P.M. Within Three Days Of Submitting The Demand. Physical And Chemical Parameters Of The Oil: • Calorific Value Not Lower Than - 42.6 Mj/Kg Pn-C-96024;2011 • Density At 15°C Not Higher Than - 0.860 G/Ml Pn-C-96024;2011 • Sulfur Content Not Higher Than - 0.10% (M/M)Pn-C-96024;2011• Water Content Not Greater Than - 200 Mg/Kg Pn-C-96024;2011• Content Of Solid Foreign Bodies Not Greater Than - 24 Mg/Kg Pn-C-96024;2011 Light Fuel Oil Or Heating Diesel Oil Must Meet The Parameters Specified By The Polish Standard And European Approvals. Density And Parameters Of Fuel Oil Light Or Drive Heating Equipment Must Comply With The Quality Certificate Attached To The Delivery Document. The Quality Certificate (Certificate) Of The Batch Of Fuel Oil Should Specify The Actual Physical And Chemical Parameters In Relation To The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Certificate Should Be Issued By The Oil Producer Or A Laboratory Accredited By Pca In The Scope Of Quality Parameters Covered By The Subject Of The Order. With Respect To Heating Oil Or Heating Diesel Delivered From A Material Storage Facility Located Outside Poland, The Product Declaration Of Conformity Issued In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Pn-En Iso/Iec 17050-1:2010 (U) Will Be Treated As A Document Equivalent To A Quality Certificate Issued By The Manufacturers Laboratory. Oil That Does Not Meet The Above-Mentioned Requirements Will Not Be Accepted And The Shipment Will Be Returned. In The Case Of Accepting Oil In Real Conditions And Controlling Its Quantity Based On The Readings Of The Flow Meter, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request The Production Of A Certificate Of Verification Of The Tank Truck Meter With A Number Consistent With The Serial Number Of The Meter Installed On The Tank Truck From Which The Fuel Oil Will Be Unloaded. The Ordering Party Declares That The Heating Oil Or Heating Diesel Oil Purchased By Him Will Be Used Only For Heating Purposes. Oil Deliveries Will Be Made Successively (At The Schools Request, In Deliveries Of 3,000 - 6,000 Liters), As Needed By The Ordering Party, Each Time On The Basis Of A Partial Order Placed By The Ordering Party, Specifying The Quantity.
