Tenders Are Invited For 24-Hour Service, Ongoing Maintenance And Operation Of Devices Included In The Mechanical-Biological Sewage Treatment Plant

The Subject Of The Order Is: 24-Hour Service, Ongoing Maintenance And Operation Of Devices Included In The Mechanical-Biological Sewage Treatment Plant At The Specialist Hospital For Tuberculosis, Lung Diseases And Rehabilitation In Tuszyn At Ul. Szpitalna 5 The Detailed Scope Of The Service Along With The Contractors Obligations Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Will Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Contract.2. The Contractors Task Is 24-Hour Service, Ongoing Maintenance And Operation Of Equipment Included In The Mechanical-Biological Sewage Treatment Plant At The Specialist Hospital For Tuberculosis, Lung Diseases And Rehabilitation In Tuszyn At Szpitalna 5 Street, Which Includes: Social Building Sewage Treatment Plant Facilities: Pumping Station And Ozone Plant Blower Station Decontamination Chamber Sludge Tower Bed Sludge Plots Reactor And Secondary Settling Tank Pumping Station Anaerobic Chamber Contact Chamber Imhoff Settling Tanks. When Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Take Over The Operation Of The Treatment Plant With A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, While Taking Full Responsibility For Its Proper Operation And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations During The Period Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Attach To The Report The Necessary Technical Documentation, A List Of Devices And Equipment Located In The Treatment Plant; 2) Provision Of The Service By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations To Operate Individual Devices, Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Environmental Protection Regulations And The Provisions Of The Ordering Partys Instructions Regarding The Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant; 3) Immediately Reporting To The Ordering Party Any Failures Occurring At The Sewage Treatment Plant (By Telephone And In Writing); 4) Informing The Ordering Party (In Advance) About The Need To Order Service Inspections Of The Treatment System Components, E.G. The Ozone Generator; 5) Reporting The Ordering Party The Need To Remove Waste; 6) Provide The Necessary Equipment To Perform Maintenance And Operation Works; 7) Maintain 24-Hour Telephone Communication With The Ordering Party, The Sewage Treatment Plant Staff Will Be Equipped By The Contractor With A Mobile Phone, The Number Of Which Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Signing The Contract.
