This Order Is Financed Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A Brand New Mobile Set - A Device With A Trailer; Produced No Earlier Than 20243. The Water Treatment Device Must Be Installed On The Road Trailer To Ensure It Is Ready For Immediate Use In The Field. The Trailer Must Meet The Conditions For Registration In Poland;4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Of A Set Of Water Treatment Devices With A Trailer To The Users Office, I.E. The Security Management Department Of The District Office In Stargard, At Ul. Bogusława Iv 21 (Including, If Necessary, Reporting It To The Competent Customs Authority For Introduction And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland), 2) Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Device In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative, 3) Training The Persons Designated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Delivered Mobile Water Treatment Device, 4) Providing The Ordering Party With All Necessary Information Regarding The Safe Operation Of The Set, 5) Providing All Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Order, 6) Providing A Set Of Documents Authorizing The Mobile Set - A Device On A Trailer, For Operation And The Necessary Documents To Register The Trailer. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Parameters, Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Set Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
