The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of An Automatic Drinking Water Packaging Machine. It Is Required To Deliver And Install A Brand New Automatic Drinking Water Packaging Machine, Ensuring Packaging Of Tap Water In The Event Of A Crisis (War, Natural Disaster), But Also In The Event Of A Failure Of Water Supply Networks Or Other Emergency Situations. The Packing Machine Will Be Installed At The Water Treatment Plant And Will Ensure The Distribution Of Water To People In Crisis Situations. In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption, A Positive Sanitary Opinion Must Be Obtained For The Packaging Machine. On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, The Packaging Machine And The Foil Should Have Valid Pzh Certificates Confirming The Possibility Of Packaging Water Intended For Human Consumption. As Part Of The Task Implementation, The Following Should Be Done: A) Provide A Water Packaging Machine In The Amount Of 1 Piece That Meets The Following Technical Requirements, B) Provide Foil With A Universal Print In An Amount Corresponding To At Least 1,000 Pieces Of 1-Liter Bags, C) Provide Transport Containers Intended For Packed Water In The Amount Of 100 Pieces D) Put Into Operation Device, E) Conduct Staff Training, F) After Installing And Connecting The Parcel Machine, Obtain A Sanitary Opinion On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Regarding Positive Verification Of The Delivered Parcel Machine And Foil. The Order Is Being Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025–2026. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
