Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Preparing And Delivering, By Means Of The Contractors Transport, One-Dish Meals For Beneficiaries Of The Social Welfare Center In Przytoczna, Ul. Saint Jana Bosco 1, 66-340 Przytoczna, 2. The Service Includes Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-To-Eat Meals In The Form Of One-Course Dinners. The Lunches Included In The Order Should Be Composed In The Following Proportions: A) 3 Times A Week 2Nd Course (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) B) 2 Times A Week Soup (Tuesday, Thursday) 3. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals Every Day From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, From 10:30 To 11:15.4. Estimated Number Of Meals: 1) One-Course Dinners - 18,426 Pieces During The Duration Of The Contract, Of Which 11,100 - Second Courses, 7,326 - Soups 2) Number Of Meals Served On Average Daily - 74 Portions.5. The Ordering Party Indicates That It Expects To Provide At Least 80% Of The Above-Mentioned Number Of Meals. The Number Of Meals Indicated In Point 4 Is An Estimate And In Fact The Number Of Meals Served Under The Contract May Change According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is The Provision Of Social Assistance Services, It Is Not Possible To Accurately Estimate The Actual Number Of Meals Served. The Actual Number Of Meals May Decrease Due To Changes In The Number Of People Eligible For The Benefit. However, The Ordering Party Assumes That It Will Deliver At Least 80% Of The Above-Mentioned Number Of Meals. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Above-Mentioned Number Of Meals On The Basis Of The Ordering Party Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Point. 7.8.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order) Is Presented In The Draft Contract (Annex No. 7 To The Swz), Which Is An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement (Hereinafter: Swz): Meals Referred To In Point 7.2. Constitute: A) A One-Course Dinner Consisting Of: • Soup In The Amount Of 450 Ml Per Person With Portioned Bread (Min. 2 Slices Of Bread Or 1 Roll For One Portion) - Seasoned With Low-Fat Cream, Butter Or Flour, And Only Occasionally With A Roux • A Second Course Consisting Of Protein Products, Preferably Of Animal Origin (Meat, Fish, Cheese, Eggs, Poultry) Products Rich In Complex Carbohydrates (Potatoes, Groats, Rice, Noodles, Pasta) And Vegetable Additions (Salads, Cooked Vegetables) In The Form Of: • Potatoes (Groats, Rice, Pasta) In The Amount Of 250G Per Person; Meat In The Amount Of 100 G/Boneless Per Person, 120 G/Bone-In Per Person - Weight Of Meat After Processing; Or Goulash - 150 G Per Person, And Salads 150 G Per Person Or • Dishes Such As: Baked Beans, Bigos, Noodles, Dumplings, Croquettes, Cabbage Rolls, Etc. In The Amount Of 300 G Per Person, The Ordering Party Recommends The Use Of Salads - Boiled Or Steamed Veg
