Tenders Are Invited For Providing Supplies Of Furniture Equipment For The Premises Of The Municipal Nursery In Jelnica

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Furniture Equipment For Nursery Rooms, Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Called Communal Nursery In Jelnica. Deliveries Will Take Place To The Nursery Building, Located At Jelnica 84, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski. The Scope Of Delivery Includes An Assortment Constituting A Comprehensive Arrangement/Equipment Of The Rooms Indicated In The Section Below. 2. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 91 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Allows For The Submission Of Partial Offers As Part Of This Procedure, Specifying The Division Of The Order Into 6 Parts, Specifying The Location Of Individual Scopes Of Supplies. Part 1 Of The Order - Nursery Cloakroom - Room 0/5, Which Includes The Following Products: 1) Set Of Furniture - Cloakroom For Min. 40 Stands - 1 Set;2) Identification Frames For All Cloakroom Stands - 1 Set;3) Wellie Stand For Min. 20 Stations - 2 Sets;4) Mirror - 1 Set;5) Changing Table With Accessories - 1 Set;6) Clothes Hanger - 2 Sets;7) Seats - 1 Set; The Material Scope Of Individual Parts Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions: 1) Deliveries Will Be Made To Those Listed In Section 4.2. Rooms.2) Delivery Should Be Understood As The Delivery Of Furniture/Articles And Their Delivery To The Indicated Rooms. It Is Unacceptable To Send The Subject Of The Order By Courier Without Ensuring That The Contractors Representatives Are Ready To Collect It At The Destination. 3) All Elements Constituting The Equipment Of A Given Room Must Be Adapted To The Layout Of The Room And Its Dimensions, And Therefore Must Harmonize With Each Other In Terms Of Aesthetics And Functionality. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Specification Of The Offered Equipment, Which Will Be Accompanied By A Diagram Of The Room With The Location Of Individual Elements Drawn.4) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Assemble The Furniture At The Target Location (If Delivered In Parts), Set Up And Install The Furniture.5) In The Valuation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Costs Related To The Delivery And Installation Of Elements In The Indicated Rooms, Including All Assembly Materials.6) The Technical Specification Of Individual Scopes And The Subject Of Delivery Has Been Determined In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 Of The Swz. 7) The Ordering Party Reserves The Requirement To Deliver Equipment On Business Days, Within Time Intervals Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery.8) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Number Of Ordered Articles. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For
