The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Maintenance Of Road And Park Lighting Owned By The City Of Kostrzyn Nad Odrą. The Lighting Network, Including Control And Protection Systems, Have Been Separated And Constitute Separate Circuits.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Maintenance Of Street And Park Lighting Lamps, Lamps Mounted In The Ground And Lamps In Benches In A Total Number Of 1,210. A Detailed List Of Lamps Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.3. Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform: 1) Works Resulting From: A) The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), B) The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), C) Polish Standards, 2) Emergency Works Including In Particular: A) Replacement Of Damaged Power Supply And Lighting Control Elements, B) Repair Or Replacement Of Damaged Cables, C) Replacement Of Light Sources, D) Replacement Of Lamp Holders, Ballasts, Capacitors, E) Replacement Of Booms, Damaged Pole Plates, Lamp Recess Doors, F) Elimination Of Failures In Street Lighting Devices, G) Adjustment And Replacement Of Control Clocks, H) Periodic Inspections Carried Out Together With The Ordering Partys Representative. 3) Other Works: A) Keeping Documentation Of The Operation Of Maintained Devices Devices, In Which Records Of All Completed Works Are Made, Including The Replacement Of Light Sources And Luminaire Components As Well As The Materials Used, B) Supplementing The Facility Books With A Block Circuit Diagram And Assigning The Number Of The Measuring Device (Meter) And The Plened Recording Device To It, C) Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Lighting Network, Including A Technical Inspection Of Luminaires And Lantern Recesses, Along With Maintenance Of Hinges (Once A Month), D) Receiving Reports Of Faults And Failures Along With Making An Appropriate Entry In The Operational Documentation, E) Maintaining Technical Emergency Service 24 Hours A Day, F) Cleaning Lighting Fixtures In The Second Quarter Of Each Year Covered By The Contract, G) Inspection, Cleaning And Maintenance Of The Cabinet Or Power Supply Board, H) Once A Week Visual Inspection Of Light Points During Lighting Hours (Night Time), 4) Works Specified In Section 3 Point 3) Letter F), G) And H) Are Subject To Written Notification To The Ordering Party Or Agreement With The Supervision Inspector Under Pain Of Non-Recognition Of Their Implementation. Notification May Be Made By E-Mail Or Telephone. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And In The List Of Lighting Fixtures Owned By The City Of Kostrzyn Nad Odrą - Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract To The Swz.
