The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of A Manual Packaging Machine With Foil Packaging For Drinking Water With A Capacity Of 1 L And 5 L, Ensuring Packaging Of Tap Water In The Event Of A Crisis (War, Natural Disaster), But Also In The Event Of A Water Supply Network Failure Or Other Emergency Situations. The Parcel Machine Will Be Installed At The Water Treatment Plant In Wyszków At Ul. Komunalna 12, 07-200 Wyszków And Will Ensure The Distribution Of Water To People In Crisis Situations. In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption, A Positive Sanitary Opinion Must Be Obtained For The Packaging Machine. On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, The Packaging Machine Together With The Bags Should Have Valid Pzh Certificates Confirming The Possibility Of Packaging Water Intended For Human Consumption.
